Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros ADP Workforce Now has a very thorough implementation and if you know what you want, they can usually find a way to make it happen. Payroll is very streamlined. Multiple workflows can be set up. ADP is great with taxes as well. The ease of use and usefulness of this tool to automate processes, especially processes related to human resources administration. It is a very intuitive environment and being cloud-based, it allows us to have access to all stored information easily while minimizing risks of information loss. ADP Workforce is available on many platforms like windows and smartphone makes it easy to access. It lets me check employees pay details and tax information. The dashboard is full of information which indicates employee absence, overtime and many other stats. Cons Workflows can be complicated to set up in the system. Some of the additional features also come at an additional price such as benefit enrollment, applicant tracking and training modules. It is a robust tool, it has many functions, which generates a steep learning curve and it takes a little time to fully adapt to the software and start taking advantage of its benefits, which are many. Sometimes it's dashboard fails to receive user information.
