Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to download Easy to sign up Nice color palette Fast typing I can use on my Android phone I got excited on the few days the service did work... But that was not going to last very long because it does not work reliably. Does work sometimes but most times cuts off in mid call. When I contacted them, they made the excuse that it was my internet, but I have Verizon Internet with 300 Mbps, which is more than enough! Sometimes it works fine and sometimes it don't. Cons Poor calling connection Too many ads Bad customer service Can't refund my money Slow response rate. No explanation regarding issue The service does not reliably work. It does not text the way you think it will! If you send it a text, it will send you back a garbled link from a spammy other number your callers will not recognize. They will not allow you to port your number. The service is unreliable and support doesn't care. Calls constantly drop off, hard to reclaim codes, they are LAZY OR INCOMPETENT and don't want to update the app to fix bugs. App is way overrated.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros As a small business employee with mostly working remote the ability to use our cell phone for work and keep the calls separated has been great. The voice announce feature when a call comes through so you know it is a business call verse personal is awesome. This phone system works well for our business. It is a great way to direct company calls to our remote employees! - User friendly - Simple to change settings at any time - Sets a great professional business-like tone! Cons None that I can think of at this time. That must be good. No cons for this product – really enjoyed using it! I share this service with another administrator. If I want to delete messages, it only deletes it on my device, but not completely. It still shows up on my co-worker's.
