[translate-pootle] Irish (ga) translation

Hi,

I'm writing to ask that Irish (alsa known as Gaeilge or Irish Gaelic)
be added to http://pootle.wordforge.org/. The language code is "ga".
I'm hoping that the web interface will encourage me to do some
translation when I have a web connection and few moments to spare!
