[translate-pootle] Set up Welsh language translations on Pootle Locamotion

I would be interested in setting up a Welsh language translation process 
using Pootle Locamotion.

Of the projects listed we would be interested initially in Firefox 
Aurora, Fennec, Abiword and WordPress.

Would this be possible?
