[translate-pootle] Sending mail with Pootle

Hi Pootlers,

I know that Pootle is able to send a confirmation email after an user
registration.
But I would like to send a notification to every translators, when a project
is modified. Is there a way to send some emails from Pootle to users
concerned by a modification ?
I did not found documentation about it, I hope I am not alone to search for
a email solution.
