When I open Equalizer APO Configurator I only get a small, greyed out window that goes away in a second or two. Yesterday it worked fine. The only thing I can think of is that I clicked on the equalizer graph window button on the top right just to see what it does. Apparently this is what it does. See "Screen Print" attachment, assuming I did it right.
I've already uninstalled and re-installed so perhaps its a registry issue?
By the way, in case you need to know how to delete it,
Type "regedit" in Windows search or press Windows key + R and type it there.
Start the registry editor.
Find the item with values using the tree menu on the left side.
Now, if you want, you may create a back up of the registry key "Configuration Editor" by right-clicking on it and selecting "Export", but it isn't needed, in my opinion.
So delete the item, and it's done.
You may close the editor.
By the way, you seem to know it, but I'll write this for inexperienced PC users. It should be avoided messing too much with the registry, unless knowing what you're doing. The system and programs rely on it.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
It's a bug of the Configuration Editor. When one clicks on the right top icon to detached the Analysis panel (the graph as you call it), closing the Configuration Editor will create the bug. Or better said, starting it again will crash it. The solution by Lubomír is the only one to get the Configuration Editor to start properly.

Haha... Hi, now I can't make it work too. Thanks.
I don't know what kind of error it is. And you mean the "Editor", right? I'll try to resolve it.
It seems like it could be related to a registry, indeed.
So I've fixed it by removing a registry key, located in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EqualizerAPO\Configuration Editor, named "windowState".

It's actually an "item" with a value, not a "key".
