CutePy is a lightweight Qt-based Python 3 console with variable explorer, command history, syntax highlighting and customizable startup script. Originally it was developed for simple scientific calculations as a replacement for e.g. Windows calculator or Python IDLE. Therefore its main aim is to start fast and provide more comfortable dealing with variables based on the Python language. However in the end it is a regular Python console and therefore can be used for almost any task.

CycleGAN and pix2pix in PyTorch repository is a PyTorch implementation of two influential image-to-image translation frameworks: CycleGAN (for unpaired translation) and pix2pix (for paired translation). This repo gives developers and researchers a convenient, modern (PyTorch-based) platform to train and test these methods — supporting both paired datasets (input to output) and unpaired datasets (domain-to-domain) with minimal changes. The code supports standard training and inference pipelines, and as of recent updates, compatibility with the latest Python and PyTorch versions (e.g. Python 3.11, PyTorch 2.4) as well as support for distributed/multi-GPU training for scalable workflows. DEBay: Deconvolution of Ensemble through Bayes-approach DEBay estimates cell type-specific gene expression by deconvolution of quantitative PCR data of a mixed population. It will be useful in experiments where the segregation of different cell types in a sample is arduous, but the proportion of different cell types in the sample can be measured. DEBay uses the population distribution data and the qPCR data to calculate the relative expression of the target gene in different cell types in the sample.
