Our filtering pipeline uses read counts generated by FeatureCounts and insert size estimation by Picard Tools for calculation of our filtering metrics: Fusion Transcript Score (FTS). Further filtering is realized by a custom blacklist, our Promiscuity Score (PS) and Robustness Score (RS). Identified fusion genes are reported with evidence levels based on our filtering. -

Attitude Estimator is a generic platform-independent C++ library that implements an IMU sensor fusion algorithm. Up to 3-axis gyroscope, accelerometer and magnetometer data can be processed into a full 3D quaternion orientation estimate, with the use of a nonlinear Passive Complementary Filter. The library is targeted at robotic applications, but is by no means limited to this. ISAD is a peak detection software that detects individual (pre-)synaptic activity in microscopy images from neuronal cultures transfected with pHluorin.
