...The Timer is calculated from the Current Time in the Used Computer +The Sum of the Set Time Inserted in the TNT which goes from a min of 60sec to a max of 99hours and 59min. Oh I forgot the possibility to change the password, you do not forget writing the new password, do not think that it is so easy to defuse a TNT by Terminating the Process from Task Manager ;-) -

deFuse is a software package for gene fusion discovery using RNA-Seq data. deFuse .tar.gz bundles will be released periodically on the sourceforge site, see Files. Questions can be posted to the sourceforge discussion forum. The sourceforge wiki is depracated in favour of documentation included with the package.
