This is a bugfix release of 1.3. This fixes the major bug where the repository selection is not saved during install and on first run.

I know there are some issues with the GUI in this release, but I wanted to get it out so that I could get the many improvements out that users have been asking for. I don't anticipate problems with any of the other components.

I'm calling this a beta release because a good percentage of the code has been cleaned up or otherwise changed. It is not officially supported and it really only for those needing the new features listed below. Highlights are proxy support, a decent GUI, support for UNIX-like OSes. This is a bugfix for the briefly released 0.6 and 0.6.1 versions. All users should upgrade to 0.6.2 as soon as possible, the XML file format has changed, rendering versions older than 0.6 out of date. These older versions have the capability to auto-upgrade themselves, but no other programs will be upgraded until that happens.
