Pros: Easy to use and integrate.
Set and forget - once it is up and running it works fine.
Some great options, such as using an API, email to SMS.Cons: Nothing really - it does the job reliably and you can easily check things in the portal.
Overall: We have been using Esendex for a number of years to send text messages to field staff (job rostering).
