Pros: Capacity to enter time spent rather than begining and ending hours.
Time-track of all Customers, Projects and Tasks on the same page.
Defining Customer, Projects and Tasks is easy to do and to update.

Cons: Cannot enter the same time for same activity over several days or period (or I didn't identify how to do so).
It made me dislike the few competitors I have tried.

Overall: Overall experience is very good.
actiTIME is easy to set up.
actiTIME is easy to use on an everyday basis.

Pros: Very good tool for timesheets and planning.
Very good on PC or smartphone.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: I searched everywhere for a good timecard application for my small firm. For 3 users or less, guess what? It's free! Everything I need and with presentable reports for clients. What's not to like.

Cons: The built in invoicing format doesn't work for me. But, I never really expected it to.

Overall: Excellent. As I said in the Pros. I'm a small enterprise. It's great. Now I will add characters to meet the minimum.

Pros: The software is very flexible and easy to set up for different projects and configurations.
I can add and remove users as required and the reports can be in any format you require - very flexible.

Cons: Nothing really - its suits my purpose as it is. If I were to ask for any improvements it would be to add another level of project detail.

Overall: Very flexible electronic time sheet which gives you detailed reports in a variety of useful formats. It can be set up for as many or as few people in each department and even combine different departments together to give an overall staff or project report.

Pros: Works great for our team exactly what we needed, various reports can me made when you need them, key info can be entered such as wage rates etc. works perfectly for us

Cons: Nothing! Worked exactly how we needed it to and provided much more than others

Pros: The software works fine for our purposes. If this recent billing problem hadn't occurred we would be using it for years to come.

Cons: I accidentally ordered an extension of our annual plan instead of just adding users. I immediately requested a refund but they refused to refund the entire amount. They are intent on keeping 4% of the amount paid and only returning 96%. We are ending our relationship with them because of this unscrupulous billing.

Overall: The software works fine but this last encounter leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I will be letting others know to look elsewhere.

Pros: You can track every minute of online and offline employee's time. The software's UI is user friendly. You can integrate this solution with the Business intelligence tool. It's easy to use. It helps to optimize time and effort.

Cons: Payroll and leave management integration is missing in this platform.

Overall: We are enjoying actiTIME's performance to calculate the employee's work time. It helps to analyze the employee's performance. It gives us the power to track employees in realtime. It's very easy to use platform.

Pros: The user interfaces are just awesome. This software is easy to use and transforms your internal staff and project management. The software is constantly upgrading its features and we are enjoying from the day we started using this tool.

Cons: No daily automated reports, it would be great and time-saving functionality.
