Viavitna is a website chatbot and AI assistant that answers questions using approved website pages, policies, FAQs, and documentation. It retrieves source material, returns answers with citations, and can abstain or provide a relevant passage when the content does not support an answer. Teams can upload Markdown, HTML, or plain-text content, review and test a draft collection, then publish a chat widget with a script tag.
