FlatRateChat is an AI chatbot for small business websites. It reads a site's public pages and answers visitors' questions using that content, linking each answer to its source page. If it cannot find an answer, it says so and shows the business's contact details instead of guessing. The chatbot can be added with one line of code to WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Webflow, or a plain HTML site; Wix users can also install it through the Wix App Market. It is designed to answer routine questions about hours, services, prices, policies, and directions. The service rereads site content weekly and emails the owner questions it could not answer.
