"It has everything you need for a call center" Posted 2022-05-11
Pros: Free, Full-featured, Expandable, Customizable, works with any carrier, agents can be located anywhere with good Internet.
Cons: Agent screen needs a cosmetic update, but it works just fine.
Overall: Been using it for years in many different types of campaigns, but inbound and outbound. No complaints, it works great!
