Pros: Love the org chart and ease of accessibility to pay stubs. The ability to see all of your deductions and change them when needed.

Cons: The interface at first seemed like a LOT and it was hard to find certain things due to the naming of the page. But I am not sure if that is an internal thing or UKG.

Overall: Great platform overall once I learned how to use it. The org chart comes in handy for me on a daily basis. So that is great to have on hand.

Pros: From running reports to making changes to advisor tax settings, UKG Pro is easy to navigate and find what we're looking for. In the busy world of payroll, making things easier helps with efficiency.

Cons: The delay in responses in resolving tax cases entered into the Client Service Portal is the biggest issue they had over the years. They have made an effort recently and yet I have seen an improvement, but there is still room for further improvement.

Overall: UKG Pro's overall abilities to utilize each and every module and meet the needs of the business. Great for paperless options, streamlining the new hire process, recruiting, hiring, payroll, performance management and general HR changes. The monitoring module interface has helped us improve insight in the many business areas from turnover to labor distribution. It reduces the time it takes us to perform administrative tasks. For our consultants, we often use self-service which helps consultants feel motivated.

Pros: This product is extremely robust and is able to handle all HR situations that I have come across. Very well designed software.

Cons: The cost of this product makes it prohibitive to many small and medium businesses. It is more expensive than all other HR/Payroll software.

Overall: This software is designed for large companies and due to the cost of the software, must be considered and contrasted against other software. Weigh the features you want to ensure you select the correct software.

Pros: UltiPro is a talent management technology. Its cloud based software helps in HR, engagement service, scheduling and payroll as well. Their products are so innovative that it breakdowns the barriers between the people and the work. Our HR loves this software as it makes so easier to get what they need like company update and payment information. Very easy to navigate. AI powered tools.

Cons: UltiPro is user friendly and intuitive software. Earlier there was no notification was showing but now it's been updated. Loved it.

Overall: Good customer service. Employee management tool has best features like it creates, store, share, access, sign and delete employee files. Very reliable and secure software. It can be accessed anytime, anywhere and on any device. User friendly interface.
