About Sparks Provider
Sparks Provider is Australian NDIS provider software built specifically for smaller provider businesses.
It brings the essential weekly work together in one clear system: participant and staff records, rostering, notes, timesheets, invoices, service agreements, reports, NDIA claim files and Xero integration.
Workers can access their own rosters, record attendance and complete notes through the web, iPhone or Android app. Client rosters can be reviewed, emailed individually or in a batch, or downloaded as PDFs.
Sparks Provider costs $499 per year including GST for the whole business, with unlimited clients and workers. It was created by Kim Matthews, who runs two disability support businesses and wanted a simpler, more affordable alternative to oversized provider software.
