SMS Reminder is a browser-based appointment calendar and automated SMS reminder service for hair salons, barbers, beauty salons, physiotherapists, and auto service businesses. It texts customers 24 hours before appointments, with reminders in Greek or English, and stores customer details so repeat bookings can use a reference number. The calendar accounts for working hours, breaks, and leave, while IRENE finds the next available slot. Multi-Chair combines workstations in one calendar, each with its own name, color, hours, and appointment length. The service also sends annual birthday messages and personal reminders, such as alerts for VAT dates or supplier orders. Its optional AI-Call Assistant answers missed calls and can book, change, or cancel appointments during the call. The browser-based service works on any device without an app installation or setup fee. The flat business subscription does not vary by staff count; SMS usage is charged separately.
