About Stippa

Stippa is cloud appointment-booking software for independent hairdressers, barbers, beauty salons and other small appointment-based service businesses. Each business gets an online booking page and an embeddable widget where customers can choose a service, staff member and available time, then book, cancel or reschedule online. Owners manage services, opening hours, breaks, staff availability and appointments in a shared calendar, and keep customer profiles with visit history and notes. Stippa sends booking confirmations and email reminders, with WhatsApp reminders available on eligible plans. Businesses can take online payments or request deposits to help manage missed appointments. Google Calendar synchronization, team mobile apps, waiting lists, recurring appointments, reports and API or webhook access are available in selected plans. Plans have fixed recurring prices, with no commission on bookings.

Pricing Details:

Solo is €9/month for 1 staff member; Starter is €19/month for up to 2, Groei is €39/month for up to 4, and Pro is €79/month for up to 10. Prices exclude VAT. Annual billing is available with a 17% discount. Plans renew automatically and can be canceled, with access continuing through the current billing period. Bookings carry no commission. A one-month free trial is available without a credit card.
