Pros: Rent Manager is reliable, very user friendly, offer a wide variety of services and easy to use! Excellent customer service as well.
Cons: Sometimes there can be longer wait times during for technical support.
Overall: We have been using Rent Manager for our property management company for over 17 years! They have always been super reliable, user friendly and easy to navigate! Their customer service is very helpful as well. Anytime we have a question, we just give them a call and there is always a friendly representative ready and willing to walk you through any question you might have. Overall we are very satisfied with Rent Manager!

Pros: Anytime I have had to access Rent Manager Customer Support, it has been a very pleasant experience. The staff is fast and quick to explain the steps needed to proceed.
Cons: I don't like the fact that there are times we can't access Rent Manager due to the fact that other users are online ahead of us. It can be a timely matter.
Overall: I rely on Rent Manager to make my job easier and accurate. Printing statements are much easier too.

Pros: The fact you can do everything from scheduling vendors, paying vendors, collecting rent payments to generating delinquency reports and owner statements with such ease is so nice when dealing with so many properties, owners, vendors and tenants daily.
Cons: The only thing I have experienced I do not like is that we cannot see the attachments to e-mails sent out to owners in their history.
Overall: Rent Manager has been a great choice for our company for many, many years. We find the software exceptional at doing the job it was created to do.

Cons: To create and track maintenance requests is not the best.

Pros: Great energy when speaking to customers. The company I work for just got bought out and there are so many new things we have to learn. Every time I call its always quick service.
Cons: I don't really have anything negative to say. Everything is always quick and rep that explains how to do things is always clear and have a great attitude.
Overall: It was a good experience so far I am loving the new system rent manager is very easy and sufficient.

Pros: Rent Manager allows for customers to tweak the program and reporting for their needs. This level of flexibility is a big deal for customers who have their own methods and processes. The user interface is appealing to the eyes and is fairly easy to navigate.
Cons: Certain really useful features that we would like to see, and certain feature requests that we have submitted have never been implemented.
Overall: Overall, we are very happy with Rent Manager. The software has certainly enhanced and significantly improved our business and ongoing daily operations.

Pros: Easy to use, all inclusive, remote sign in, keeps track of important documents. Printing reports is easy.
Cons: Can sometimes freeze and you have to call customer support to clear caches.
Overall: I highly recommend it. There's also a Facebook help page that helps you when you need it. It's easy to keep everything in one spot.

Cons: There are occasional issues of being booted off the system, but the resolution is a phone call away.

Pros: I love the helpfulness and reliability of the support team. I love that if they do not have the right answer they will always follow up.
Cons: I cannot think of any negatives. The team is just fantastic.
Overall: The Orange Support team is beyond great. They go out of their way to help with any inquiry. Jeannie Harp and Joanna Fiorini are particularly wonderful.

Pros: Every time I call and I call a lot LOL everyone is always so nice and friendly even if they are puzzled they make sure to resolve my issue I have never hung up the phone with unknown answer I always learn more each time I CALL I LOVE IT! Great customer service is hard to come by these days so I don't dread my call because everyone is absolutely wonderful!!! The ease of being walked through the portal is great.
Cons: NOTHING NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT I couldn't be happier overall with the ease in learning and if I have no clue what I have done I call and my questions are always answered.
Overall: AWESOME EXPERIENCE WISH ALL OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS COULD SHARE THERE HAPPINESS AROUND TO OTHER COMPANIES LOL.

Pros: the representative listened and helped me with each issue before ending the call. She also made sure to ask me questions to be sure that I was okay with everything happening during the call.
Cons: The representative that i had the pleasure of speaking with did not do anything to have me express negative results for you company. She was a joy to work.

Very powerful software for both accounting and property management.

Pros: This software is essential for our office's daily management of tenants, maintenance, and accounting functions. The integration with texting and phone calls makes working with tenants easy. The maintenance order system helps us communicate with vendors and get tenants the service they need in a timely manner. The accounting features are truly top notch and make keeping track of our client financials a breeze. Customer service at Rent Manager is always available and great at helping resolve any issues that arise.
Cons: The only issue we occasionally have is with server access freezing up; however, this has usually been able to be resolved quickly by calling tech support.
Overall: Overall, this software checks all of the boxes for efficiently managing ALL areas of property management. It allows you to easily handle tasks like leasing, renewals, maintenance, accounting, tenant communications, paying bills, and much more while also providing stellar customer support while you're learning the program and beyond.

Pros: We love all the features baked into the product - it has become integral to our daily operations. Constant updates, love User conference to give us annual updates on our software.
Cons: Server connections often slow/disconnect. Not sold on RM express yet.
Overall: We love the product, and especially our support team behind it. Special shout out to Greg Foster who is always willing to take a call and help us out. Without him we would not be as successful as we are.

Pros: I appreciated the customer support technician who was able to determine the issue with my custom report and quickly correct the issue.
Cons: The hold time was close to 15 minutes which I feel is too long.
Overall: I always have a positive experience call Rent Manager support team. No matter what the issue is they are able to get it resolved.

Cons: I don't have any cons, sometimes we get logged off but not sure if it's our internet service.

Pros: I was in need of detailed custom reports. The support person, Peter, was kind and patient in writing the scripts and making them work. He also took time to correct some issue happening in some other functions of my Dashboard tiles. I highly recommend the level of customer support provided by Rent Manager.
Cons: There was nothing to issue a negative comment for this experience.
Overall: Very good experience. The support person was very knowledgeable and helpful. This will make our turnover process much easier.
