Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User-friendly interface: Innago's design is intuitive, making navigating and utilizing the platform easy. Comprehensive feature set: Innago offers a wide range of features, from tenant management to financial tracking, customized late fees, messaging, and maintenance tracking. Mobile accessibility: The platform has a mobile app and the browser is mobile-friendly. Having the app is critical to get notifications right away if there is a maintenance issue. Strong customer support: The Innago support team is amazing and very quick to respond and get a resolution or an answer to your question. To be free to landlords is a major plus and it isn't expensive for the tenant to make their payments if they set up payments through their bank account. I love that it's free, so it saves me money. I can easily use it and navigate the dashboard every easily. The best is the quick responsiveness of customer service, which is important for me whenever a problem arises. Great Platform and Customer Service. The platform is easy to navigate and customer service is very responsive for assistance. I like that you can store documents in each renters file. Its so easy to add these documents. Its nice that I don't have to keep a physical copy. The product overall is great; it has easy accessibility and is easy to setup. It also has great flexibility. Cons Learning curve: While the interface is generally user-friendly, there is still be a learning curve for users who are new to property management software or who are switching from a different platform. It would be helpful if you were able to navigate different sections of the platform without having to back out and go to one of the side bar items. Reports: It would be nice to be able to get more reports or customize some of the reports. Creating Documents: This feature could be developed further. It isn't very user-friendly, and it would be nice to create a document from scratch. Filling out all the spaces to complete text, initials, and documents could be improved. I wish Innago implemented a guidebook or a video to help tenants better integrate into the platform because one of my tenants isn't tech savvy and had difficulty using it. I also wish there were forms available for landlords to use, such as eviction notice, lease agreements based on state, etc. I currently do not have any cons at this time to report. There is not a way to have a renter sign multiple electronic documents I do not like that I do not have the option to turn off the credit card function.		Pros from Real Users Pros Rent Manager delivers great value for medium-to-large portfolios, though it’s pricey for small landlords—customer support is responsive but slower at month-end, and while the desktop version is powerful once you learn it, the mobile app still has occasional bugs and crashes; that said, tenant and rental management are excellent, with reliable rent collection and deep customization options. Incredibly smooth implementation process, really set me up to be able to go out on my own after the 3 months. Very good program for managing tenants and reports for the real estate management firm. easy to use. If you want great customer service that is what you will get. Not only are they quick to solve the issue but they go extra mile and are very patient and kind. user friendly and intuitive software. Boost your team's efficiency with a seamless, easy to use interface I really find texting to be huge, as it allows for seamless and fast communication with all of our tenants in the building, as well as other properties. Rent Manager provides clear oversight to those in management about what's going on with tenants and prospects, which means anyone can pick up where someone left off with full clarity. The ability to integrate with our leasing software is essential. The UI and graphical aspect of Rent Manager is easier to grasp and more straightforward than Yardi. The initial setup was also very easy. The system brings leasing, maintenance, accounting, reporting, and tenant communication into one easy‑to‑use platform. The search tools, workflows, and automation options save a tremendous amount of time. I also appreciate how smoothly it integrates with third‑party tools and how powerful the reporting features are. The IT person was very helpful and very polite. He went in to use my computer to double check to make sure everything was correct. It was. user friendly & I can always call support if I get stuck. Rent manager university was a huge help to me coming from QuickBooks. I did quite a few tutorials. Great customer support, they are willing to help with anything and are super joyful to speak to. As well as the reporting is top-notch
