Pros from Real Users Pros I like the fact that it has all resources needed, there is no need to use any other software other then this one Ease of Use Customer Support IT Support I am so impressed with this company! They seem to really care about their customers and make sure they feel welcome and heard. Their customer service is just out of this world! You can tell these employees care about you and want to give you training with each call so you understand the program better instead of just fixing your problem, they really help you to wrap your mind around the issue at hand, which is nice! Reports, drafting letters, sending emails, texting, organizing data, this is a bookkeeper's best friend The system is easy to use. Anytime I have issues, you can call the support number and they will screenshare and help to resolve any problems. My company uses it for tenant management and accounting. I really like the accounting features as it allows you to do bank sync. For as many features as it has, the fees are reasonable. Great product overall for rental management and accounting. Rent Manager is user friendly and helps us keep a balanced book. Support is always incredibly helpful. Rent Manager makes it easy to keep track of properties, tenants, and day-to-day tasks. There are a lot of useful features, and once you get used to the system, it’s pretty straightforward. Rent Manager delivers great value for medium-to-large portfolios, though it’s pricey for small landlords—customer support is responsive but slower at month-end, and while the desktop version is powerful once you learn it, the mobile app still has occasional bugs and crashes; that said, tenant and rental management are excellent, with reliable rent collection and deep customization options. Incredibly smooth implementation process, really set me up to be able to go out on my own after the 3 months. Very good program for managing tenants and reports for the real estate management firm. easy to use. If you want great customer service that is what you will get. Not only are they quick to solve the issue but they go extra mile and are very patient and kind.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Rentec Direct's accounting dashboard was pretty neat. I love the Tenant and owner portals and online payment options. I love how I can list properties for rent right through the program. I also love how I can get help 24/7 at no cost. It gives you most of what you need, without the large cost of other online cloud based software. I found the software easy to use, but I have previous experience with this type of program, they all have their quirks. Reports are easy to configure, by date and property. Cons There were some occasional glitches, nothing biggy but it can delete the entries and it can be cumbersome. I wish that I could separate the tenants by properties on the tenant page, I do not like how it blends all of them together. The tax information could be better, again for the price it is fine. I do wish when you needed a report the information didn't have to be put in each time. Also wish when you put in an expense from a previous month the program would stay in the month you were in, not go to the current date.
