Pros

  • Very detailed website of the features and prices. Very responsive with phone calls. I really appreciate that they had the same associates handling my case every time that I called in. Thanks to Maria and Berj! They are very clear and informative during the demos and setup.
  • Easiest software by far, the migration process was very easy thanks to the support. Great features that our other software didn't have.
  • We are now focused on core issues of our business because this software has allowed us to automate that department. The software promotes more growth because we are able to save time and money.
  • DoorLoop has allowed us to save time and money by streamlining our entire tenant application process. We can easily do background checks on prospective tenants and communicate from one software.

  • Ease of Use Customer Support IT Support I am so impressed with this company! They seem to really care about their customers and make sure they feel welcome and heard. Their customer service is just out of this world! You can tell these employees care about you and want to give you training with each call so you understand the program better instead of just fixing your problem, they really help you to wrap your mind around the issue at hand, which is nice!
  • Reports, drafting letters, sending emails, texting, organizing data, this is a bookkeeper's best friend
  • The system is easy to use. Anytime I have issues, you can call the support number and they will screenshare and help to resolve any problems. My company uses it for tenant management and accounting. I really like the accounting features as it allows you to do bank sync. For as many features as it has, the fees are reasonable. Great product overall for rental management and accounting.
  • Rent Manager is user friendly and helps us keep a balanced book. Support is always incredibly helpful.
  • Rent Manager makes it easy to keep track of properties, tenants, and day-to-day tasks. There are a lot of useful features, and once you get used to the system, it’s pretty straightforward.
  • Rent Manager delivers great value for medium-to-large portfolios, though it’s pricey for small landlords—customer support is responsive but slower at month-end, and while the desktop version is powerful once you learn it, the mobile app still has occasional bugs and crashes; that said, tenant and rental management are excellent, with reliable rent collection and deep customization options.
  • Incredibly smooth implementation process, really set me up to be able to go out on my own after the 3 months.
