Pros from Real Users Pros Ease of Use Customer Support IT Support I am so impressed with this company! They seem to really care about their customers and make sure they feel welcome and heard. Their customer service is just out of this world! You can tell these employees care about you and want to give you training with each call so you understand the program better instead of just fixing your problem, they really help you to wrap your mind around the issue at hand, which is nice! Reports, drafting letters, sending emails, texting, organizing data, this is a bookkeeper's best friend The system is easy to use. Anytime I have issues, you can call the support number and they will screenshare and help to resolve any problems. My company uses it for tenant management and accounting. I really like the accounting features as it allows you to do bank sync. For as many features as it has, the fees are reasonable. Great product overall for rental management and accounting. Rent Manager is user friendly and helps us keep a balanced book. Support is always incredibly helpful. Rent Manager makes it easy to keep track of properties, tenants, and day-to-day tasks. There are a lot of useful features, and once you get used to the system, it’s pretty straightforward. Rent Manager delivers great value for medium-to-large portfolios, though it’s pricey for small landlords—customer support is responsive but slower at month-end, and while the desktop version is powerful once you learn it, the mobile app still has occasional bugs and crashes; that said, tenant and rental management are excellent, with reliable rent collection and deep customization options. Incredibly smooth implementation process, really set me up to be able to go out on my own after the 3 months. Very good program for managing tenants and reports for the real estate management firm. easy to use. If you want great customer service that is what you will get. Not only are they quick to solve the issue but they go extra mile and are very patient and kind. user friendly and intuitive software. Boost your team's efficiency with a seamless, easy to use interface		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros N/A. Cons This software has so many limitations and is made for not professional use. The report on the property profits/losses is not provided and cannot be used at all unless you want to confuse all the accountants. They charge the landlord's bank account to run the credit report for the tenant without the landlord's authorization. Customer service will never call you back because they have one person in customer service replying and often this person does not have the correct answer.
