Olatti is a cloud-based business phone and communications platform for UK teams. It combines business numbers and VoIP calling with team messaging, channels, video meetings, voicemail and a shared contact book. Users can work from desktop and mobile apps or supported Yealink desk phones, and move calls between devices. The desktop app offers a keyboard shortcut to find a contact and start a call or message. Call history and recordings help teams revisit conversations; transcription and summaries are included on Plus and Unlimited plans. Plans include one UK number per user, inbound calling and either metered or bundled outbound minutes. Customers can port existing numbers, add more numbers or choose an optional eSIM business line. It is aimed at small UK teams such as agencies, accountancy and property businesses, consultancies, clinics and studios.

Metered: £6 per active user/month on monthly billing, or £5/month equivalent billed annually; prices exclude VAT. The first 100 UK teams may qualify for 30% off the subscription for as long as they stay (£4.20 monthly or £3.50/month equivalent billed annually). Metered UK calls cost 1p/min to landlines and 3p/min to mobiles. Ported numbers cost £20 once and £5/month each; extra numbers and other add-ons cost extra.
