    Pros: Good customer service.
    Good audio quality even when other VoIP apps are struggling.
    It has all we need and a bit more.

    Cons: Does not offer IM and video calls as MS Teams or Slack, but that's fine with us as there are many other tools like the ones mentioned which do a much better job.

    Overall: Overall, I feel happy with the service and wish to see them succeed and have more businesses using them.
