About MyRemoting
MyRemoting is remote access and IT support software for IT teams, managed service providers, and system administrators managing Windows, macOS, and Linux machines. Operators use a browser or installable web app to view and control supported desktops, transfer files, open a remote terminal, manage processes and Windows scheduled tasks, edit the Windows registry, and perform power actions. Fleet tools include scripting, patching, software deployment, Wake-on-LAN, inventory, health monitoring, alerts, session recording, and access audit logs. The control server can be self-hosted, operated by the vendor as a hosted service, or deployed as an air-gapped On-Prem edition. Connections use a WireGuard-based overlay with relay fallback. Access controls include two-factor authentication, passkeys, roles, and machine-group permissions.
