Adobe Marketo Engage is a powerful, scalable and marketer-friendly marketing automation solution that enables brands to create a global marketing COE to orchestrate and execute cross channel campaigns across buying journeys. It helps improve buyer engagement and conversions by personalizing content based on buyer signals, behavior & AI to create tailored journeys for individuals and teams. It aligns strategy, messaging and execution across marketing and sales by sharing customer engagement data & insights between them; increasing sales productivity. It optimizes marketing impact through out of the box dashboards, customizable reports and multi-touch attribution. It connects new data sources without extensive IT support, creating a central hub for customer intelligence to improve efficiency, ROI and customer experience.

Pricing Details:
Marketo Engage offers 4 packages that simplify the buying process (mapping to customer maturity) allowing flexibility and customization. All packages include Marketo Engage’s core marketing automation capabilities and native CRM integrations with our Growth package designed competitively priced for low maturity customers. Our Select package includes more advanced reporting and analytics, basic attribution and event and webinar marketing. Our 3rd tier package, Prime, includes everything in Select plus Target Account Management (ABM), Predictive Audiences (AI), Adv Journey Analytics, Workspaces & Partitions, Sandbox and more Interactive Webinars capacity. Our Ultimate package includes all of that along with Marketo Measure and Prime version of Dynamic Chat. Adobe does not require customers to move up to the next package tier to get more advanced functionality but do incent them with built-in discounts. Customers can customize each package with add-ons of specific features or capacity (e.g. more API calls). We offer performance tiers of our Prime and Ultimate packages (e.g. Prime Performance, Prime Performance Plus and same for Ultimate). These performance packages offer our more advanced Enterprise customers higher email throughput, faster operational workflows and overall better performance at scale through a variety of performance-boosting technologies and dedicated infrastructure.
All packages are sold as yearly or multi-year licenses and are priced based on contact database size. Most value add-on capabilities are priced based on contact database size while a few are priced base on other value levers, such as Sales Insight, for ex., which is priced based. Adobe also offers a program called Pangea, which is Adobe's flexible consumption, single metric contracting model that gives customers the ability to leverage a bucket of credits (or interactions) across any of their licensed Adobe products throughout the term of the contract.

    Cons: Integrating anything with Salesforce can be a challenge. I wish it showed a little more in the widgets on the Salesforce end.

    Pros: The application has tools to capture potential customers through communication mechanisms by means of A/B tests that provide a greater relationship between consumers, it also has a customizable usability that adapts to any need that our customers may have through the company's website.

    Cons: It does not have a notification section when potential customers are found, which sometimes generates a loss of opportunities within the market. Similarly, it does not provide an optimal evaluation in which these potential customers can be used to develop strategies and capture interests.

    Overall: Although it comes with deficiencies in terms of capture and evaluation of potential consumers, which makes it impossible to adapt actions to attract, it has different marketing automation mechanisms to expand the field of sales and promotion of our organizational group, which has changed our way of working with advertising.
