Pricing
All packages are sold as yearly or multi-year licenses and are priced based on contact database size. Most value add-on capabilities are priced based on contact database size while a few are priced base on other value levers, such as Sales Insight, for ex., which is priced based. Adobe also offers a program called Pangea, which is Adobe's flexible consumption, single metric contracting model that gives customers the ability to leverage a bucket of credits (or interactions) across any of their licensed Adobe products throughout the term of the contract.

Pros: I love that it integrates with Salesforce to help me know how customers are connecting with our content.
Cons: Integrating anything with Salesforce can be a challenge. I wish it showed a little more in the widgets on the Salesforce end.
Overall: Great solution for capturing insights into interesting moments from customers and prospects. Has helped us track engagement with our content, webinars, and webpages, etc.

Pros: The application has tools to capture potential customers through communication mechanisms by means of A/B tests that provide a greater relationship between consumers, it also has a customizable usability that adapts to any need that our customers may have through the company's website.
Cons: It does not have a notification section when potential customers are found, which sometimes generates a loss of opportunities within the market. Similarly, it does not provide an optimal evaluation in which these potential customers can be used to develop strategies and capture interests.
Overall: Although it comes with deficiencies in terms of capture and evaluation of potential consumers, which makes it impossible to adapt actions to attract, it has different marketing automation mechanisms to expand the field of sales and promotion of our organizational group, which has changed our way of working with advertising.

Pros: Marketo is one of the best software to make your marketing strategies. With tons of great features and resources, it stands out from other software available in the market. It is very easy to operate and robust. Also, integration with the Software development life cycle makes it more helpful, and managing marketing campaigns become much easier.
Cons: I have been using this in my current company for around a year now, but I have not found any issues with this software.
Overall: Overall a top-notch automation software for managing and tracking marketing campaigns. Also, a scalable platform on which you and your company can rely upon. So, it's a full package for all your marketing needs.
