    Pros: I like the ease of creating tasks and how easy it is to add checklists. The reports are easy to use and once it is in excel the columns can be modified or deleted to suit your particular needs.

    Cons: I am not fond of the adding time and downtime to the task. When i go to add time the dropbox is in the way. it would also be nice to be able to have a breakdown of what task the person has time recorded on.

    Overall: I really like using the software. the trackability of the tasks and downtime is a major asset at our shop.
