    Pros: Super simple to use. Great Interface and multifunctional! I love being able to use the extension. That truly makes my job so much easier.

    Cons: Sometimes it can be glitchy with AirPods or other bluetooth devices.

    Overall: I love it! It saves me so much time in my day. The texting portion is awesome and really helps me connect with my clients easier!

    "Poor phone app, but good HubSpot integration"

    Pros: We like that they are integrated with HubSpot directly, so we are able to set up automatic SMS texts to new leads.

    Cons: - Phone app has a lot of issues (phone drops)
    - Has a slight learning curve in the beginning

    Overall: Kixie's app has a lot of bugs and we took a while to implement properly with our account manager. Despite some issues, we still found it helpful to get the automated SMS set up.

    Pros: I like being able to use a number that is not to make calls, as well as being able to track the outcome of each of them!

    Cons: It can freeze sometimes, but most of the time it is a network issue of my own, not the software.

    Overall: I have had a great experience so far! Other than some minor issues it has been worth every penny! Would definitely recommend.

    Pros: The pros of the product are easy to use, has very good features like setting up voicemails, scheduling a call, sending out SMS, and calling agents.

    Cons: There are hardly any cons, to be honest.

    Overall: The program is very easy to use, simple to make calls, send out SMS. And also, receive voicemails. I don't think I would ever use another system other than Kixie Power Call.

    Pros: Kixie is pretty easy to use and set up. It has a good integration with HubSpot (our CRM) and it has pretty good reporting.

    Cons: We still have problems with our caller ID/numbers showing up as different businesses (like dentists or spam). The pricing is fairly complicated and we experience downtime off and on.

    Overall: Generally a good product, but still has some kinks to work out. There aren't a ton of great products in this space (we've used several), so Kixie is probably one of the best.

    Pros: Kixie helps facilitate working from home, it is easy to use and rarely has any issues. I use Kixie every day to stay in contact with our clients it is like having a virtual cellphone where you can call and text customers and if you missed something on the call you can listen to the recordings.

    Cons: The only downside I have found is when you make a call a call disposition window appears and sometimes it glitches and permanently stays on your web browser taking up space.

    Overall: Great virtual phone would highly recommend for anyone running a business that is remote or even in an office setting.

    Pros: Easy to use, plug in the headset and go. Makes it really easy to make calls for work. Easy to track calls as well.

    Cons: Sometimes it randomly crashes in between phone calls, and I have to refresh.

    Pros: PowerDialer is a game changer! Click to call function saves literally hours of time. More efficiency equals more sales!

    Cons: Not a whole lot to list! I did have a couple issues with some dropped calls but turns out it must have been on their end!

    Overall: 100/10 If you are not using Kixie then you are costing your business or place of work money. It is a must have!

    Pros: This dialer has been far beyond amazing. It helps both management and employees to keep track of the company's performance on a daily basis. I would recommend it to anyone who's starting their own company or even if you're well settled.

    Pros: Everything! The information provided it's great being able to keep track of your calls attempts, knowing how may were answered. Great connectivity calls not being dropped or anything like that.

    Cons: I have not yet found something that I don't like about this everything is great on pc and cell phone apps.

    Overall: I love it will keep using for ever I love the app on my phone being able to keep track of everything I need to know on call attempts and my true connected calls.

    Pros: Amazing call connection.
    Send and receive texts.
    Download calls.
    Voicemails.
    Detailed tracking of my activity through the day.

    Cons: Constant updating, but all you have to do is refresh the browser, so not complicated. All that means is the team is constantly working to provide the best service.

    Overall: Highly recommend it to any inbound, or outbound call company. Even using Kixie as a directory service saves so much time. We have one main number, and people can select from a menu who they want to speak with.

    Pros: I am the Director of Marketing for a medium-sized solar company. In many cases, I contact new leads and get them to our expert consultants. The ability to set up multiple VM drops and prewritten SMS templates that I can modify really helps me move through the list and do the first touch quickly when people are too busy to answer. It hooked up directly with our HubSpot CRM and allows me to get analytics on our call flow as well get text replies to my number and vm's. Great tool.

    Cons: Not too many but pricing could be a little less. For a smaller business, this may be too expensive for multiple users.

    Overall: Great product just needs some pricing adjustments to be more in line with small businesses for users of 5-9 people.
