    Pros: I enjoy Heap's ability to constantly and closely track traffic within our websites and the behavior of the users visiting them. Heap provides very useful, easy to understand and analyze data to identify and correct potential flaws or track modules that can be improved within our web pages.

    Cons: The learning cave of this software is steep, and its configuration is not the easiest. However, it has excellent tutorials and an exceptional technical support team.

    Overall: Heap is an exceptional and very reliable analytical tool that we have been able to take advantage of, its reporting function is excellent, and we have relied on the study of these reports to apply constant improvements to our websites and try to provide a better web experience to visitors, who are becoming more and more. It could be excellent support within your organization to encourage viable decision-making regarding your websites by analyzing the data that this tool helps to collect. Our experience as users of this tool has been satisfactory. Heap is synonymous with improvement.
