"Cheap, but difficult to use" Posted 2022-11-21
Pros: Great support, super low pricing, and ton of features for free. I'm able to have a virtual fax number, 400 minutes of calling per month, and a 800 number all for $9.99/month. It's awesome.
Cons: However, the mobile app is very glitchy. It's hard to send messages, and I find myself often switching WiFi and Cellular on and off in an attempt to send messages. Also, not HIPAA Compliant which sucks for our business.
Overall: Overall great for starting a business at a low price. I would recommend to most business owners and have them forward all their calls to their person phones. Ton of features, which is very nice. The mobile app does need major improvement however. Once Freedom Voice improves it, I can see it becoming a major player in the VOIP industry. Overall, I would recommend.
