Cons: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

Cons: The only con that i see is the lack of a user prompt when someone first uses the build section. Still pretty easy to use though.

Pros: Engati allows customers to interact with a bot, but switch to a live agent for complex issues. They also allow us to run marketing campaigns through their broadcast feature. Their WhatsApp chatbots are powerful, effective and well priced too.

Cons: It would be nice if they had a guide to their interface for first-time users, but the support team provides a comprehensive demo that makes bot-building a piece of cake.

Overall: Engati allows us to automate routine conversations and pass only the complicated queries on to a live agent. Our customers have their queries resolved faster, while our agents have time to concentrate on higher-level tasks. Along with the customer experience, Engati has managed to improve our employee experience.

Pros: They have a free version where you can use the Chatbot. The best part is they have so many templates to choose from, very easy drag and drop UI and they also have the multi-lingual feature. The team is prompt to get in touch with you and explain all the features with a demo. I'd highly recommend it.

Cons: I couldn't really see any cons so far. It was a smooth experience using it.
