Pros: Great Customer Service, 24/7 chat and voice. Software includes CRM and Employee Portal along with UCaaS. Makes it very easy to communicate with employees, and also for internal external uses. Our team has been enjoying with ConneXio, recommend!
Cons: Took a bit to roll out new features regarding SMS, but worth the wait!
Overall: We've enjoy working with their team and utilizing their software. All-inclusive platform with flexible with pricing. Was nice to show what I was paying and for them to come in below. Highly recommend!

Pros: Great customer service, Easy user interface, No down time from my experience compared to other companies.
Cons: There are none really you get what you paid for. From my experience ConneXio is a great company.
Overall: I have been using ConneXio for the past 12 months. And I have found compared to other companies you will not fine a better one. Highly recommend.

Pros: Very user friendly, I didn't have to train my staff long for them to learn it. I had a lot of positive feedback about the features too.
Cons: Not much advertising, I had to find out from a buddy.
Overall: I have both a sales and a customer service business and instead of getting several software to do each task, Connexio has given me the convenience to be successful using ONE single software. I've tried different ones, and only this one has kept its promise.
