    "No responsibility for a misrepresented product"

    Pros: nothing really, their website stated false information and Calilio did not take appropriate action in refunding my purchase.

    Cons: really bad customer support over chat. they simply follow scripts and do not pay attention to what is being communicated.

    Overall: I purchased a USA phone line along with an Ireland virtual number with SMS. After an hour on tech support, I was informed that the Ireland number does not support SMS although the Calilio website says it does. I was informed the website was not correct. I requested a full refund the same day, and I was only issue a partial refund. Calilio stated that $8.10 were third-party charges and I am not entitled to a refund even though their website information was false. Where is the responsibility from Calilio?

    Pros: Calilio has best user interface and also has good Customer support team also the pricing is Good for user.

    Cons: For my use case, i don't think i find any cons till date.

    Overall: When it comes to simplifying and optimizing business communication Calilio came as a game-changer.

    Pros: Calilio provides the detailed insights into call performance instantly. Great value for the features provided. User-friendly platform with 24/7 support from Calilio. Calilio also provides a free local number either of Canada or USA.

    Cons: Calilio does not offer advanced features such as robust CRM integrations, team collaboration tools, detailed analytics, or video conferencing.

    Overall: As it is amazing and easy to use, I found this product very useful for me, and I am also satisfied with the services & support.

    Cons: It currently lacks integrations. Adding CRM and Shopify integration would make it even better!
