Pros: None, very dishonest. They promised lots of features that didn't exist. It had potential but they sell it like its a year further in development
Cons: They promised features that they hadn't even written into their code yet, and when it finally (after a long wait) made it, it was nothing as described in the sales pitch.
Overall: Big talkers but failed to deliver a reliable product as they described. When challenged on the fact they hadn't delivered as promised they refused to return the money (after a week) and are very dishonest.

Pros: The fact that the interface is in Hebrew and that there is an adaptation to the needs of the activity in Israel - possibilities of closure with CA. Local, Hebrew support service, etc.
Cons: The user app is quite limited in its current version. There is room to develop features of information about the length of the training, the location of the training (in which of the halls), detailed information about the instructor who conducts the training (each instructor), details about the content of the training (which is something that will be in the next version at least), and training logo.
Overall: Overall a very positive experience. There is always room for spot improvement but feel there is a willingness to improve and a desire to help customers.

Pros: Dashboard.
Cons: User app.
Overall: In general very satisfied. But to really make life easier I am missing a few features - a shift report sent automatically to the guides before each shift (currently I spend quite a bit of time editing and submitting the existing report), and having a shift report with only relevant columns, a report showing entries by subscription type (It is especially important for Prefit to have better control over the number of entries), when you cancel a subscription (or a subscription simply ends) why is the regular registration not canceled along with it?
