    "Great product and easy to use"

    Pros: It was easy to implement and we were getting data on the second day. The reports are built for operations people in mind and the Report Wizard is easy to use.

    Cons: We wanted to deploy in their Azure instance, but our IT wasn't ready so we had to wait for IT to get a server available.

    Overall: Good product and their support is awesome when we have an issue or even just a "how to" question.
