    Pros: It is user friendly, not so expensive and a very user friendly software. It will definitely meet all your requirements.

    Cons: There are a few scams reported by individuals and users of this software. I have personally not faced any issues so far.

    Overall: One of the best cloud/web based call centers which is effective, efficient and user friendly and integrates all the human resources including customers and agents of the organisation with the software.
