Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the setup process and the customization to my company needs. The integration with QuickBooks generating weekly time sheets is great, there is no need to upload files. The geofencing is a valuable feature. Making changes and corrections involve simple steps. In general the product is easy to use and great value for money. Clocking in and out, also tracking time PTO/Vacation. Like the calendar to show who is off each day. I love that the payroll entry is so user friendly. From the time sheets to the payroll processing, this is a smooth process. It is very easy to access online. If I have any problems there are always someone there to assist me. We use workforce hub as a total solution for our time clock, onboarding, and HR needs. It has everything you need to adequately manage a business with around 50-100 employees like us. I can see it scaling up to 500 employees with ease. Most of the tasks we need to be complete are intuitive to navigate through the menus. They have a mobile app that is fully featured with remote login, time off requests, or time card review(and notation). Fingerprint login is also available and easy to setup. Cons When using the QuickBooks integration, the over time needs to be classified manually. Wanted to be able to adjust already approved time off, in the current weeks time sheet. I don't have any cons to this company. All issues that I had in the beginning, were quickly responded to and taken care of. There are a few design flaws that I don't like. If you have staff that have been "terminated" you can't add their their W-2. Lengthy onboarding experience and some minor issues with time punch exporting initially.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros All the functionalities The ability to build reports with so many fields that are available Their recent changes in design I'm new to payroll and to isolved and the learn and grow courses were extremely helpful. I especially liked that they had hands on learning at the end of most videos/courses. What I like most about isolved is the all-in-one platform that combines payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce management in a single solution. It helps streamline processes, improve efficiency, and provides a user-friendly experience for both administrators and employees. I also appreciate the ongoing product enhancements and the support available when assistance is needed. Easy to use, clean look. lots of functionality that our clients can learn and use. They are always updating and adding things too. So far, my experience with isolved has been positive. The platform has been easy to navigate, and the training and onboarding tools have helped me get up to speed in my new role. I appreciate having everything organized in one place. Cons Some labor allocation reports are very limited Labor allocation functions are limited too. Have not run into any cons so far. The only suggestion I have is to add the ability to title client notes so we don't have to click into each one to see what it contains. Overall, I have had a positive experience. If I had to identify an area for improvement, it would be continued enhancements to reporting capabilities and system navigation to make certain tasks more intuitive and efficient. Some glitches that don't get fixed quick, certain restrictions on abilities within the system As a new user, there is a learning curve when first navigating all of the different features and modules. Some areas could benefit from additional walkthroughs or guidance for first-time users.
