Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros WorkBright has significantly increased both our efficiency in processing I-9 verifications, and increased our confidence in compliance. New hires that go through the I-9 verification report ease of use with uploading documents and signing their I-9, and it allows our HR team to easily onboard remote employees. The system also will alert us when documents are expiring, which is a great feature. The price for the platform is reasonable, especially considering the compliance piece and ease of use for both new hires and admin. Overall highly recommend for any organization. Easy Remote Onboarding User-Friendly Interface Automated Compliance Time-Saving Features Great Customer Support I've had an amazing experience with WorkBright! The platform is incredibly user-friendly and efficient. It has streamlined our onboarding process and made managing HR tasks so much easier. The support team is always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for any business looking for a reliable HR solution! I really like the user-friendly Interface the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. I also appreciate the remote I-9 Verification WorkBright simplifies the I-9 verification process, allowing new hires to complete it remotely. WorkBright made it a simple process to be able to remote verify i9 and it was also easy for the candidates to do their part of the process. Cons Although not often, we have had a handful of new hires over the prior few years have trouble logging into their account or uploading documents. We've been successful in troubleshooting by using the chat support, but it still happens with maybe 1 out of every 40 new hires that joins (usually those who struggle with technology). There are times when it does glitch and you have to manually resend. While WorkBright offers many benefits, there are a few potential drawbacks. Some users may experience a learning curve during setup, and the platform's customization options can be limited for businesses with specific needs. Additionally, it can be on the pricier side for small businesses, and integration with certain third-party tools may not always be seamless. Some users have reported longer wait times for customer support, and the mobile app may not be as feature-rich as the desktop version. Despite these minor issues, WorkBright remains a strong choice for many businesses. While the platform is mobile-friendly, we have heard from some users that they can have difficulties in uploading identification documents and navigating the application process. The pricing of WorkBright is higher than the other programs but it works.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very easy system to navigate and user friendly, also very beneficial for the business that it integrates with Xero for our payroll team. The implementation process was hassle free and the support team is easy to deal with. It is a very user friendly system and offers everything we need to manager the HR function of our business. - Paperless onboarding - Intuitive design and layout - Easy for employees to use (including those who are not technically inclined) - Great price - A feedback-receptive team The automated onboarding and Xero sync has saved us literally hours of admin work. It has also helped us provide our new starts with an awesome Day 1 experience. The onboarding tool is really good, we set up custom workflows that not only sorted out the admin but also improves the culture. Cons The system is not currently mobile enabled so it is hard to navigate on a mobile phone, the development team is working on this. There's nothing to date that I dislike about the system. There aren't any. If it is the case you find a feature you aren't happy with, just let the team know and they will happily discuss it with you and add it to their roadmap. There are no features I've found of the software that aren't beneficial I can’t really point to any major cons with this HR tool.
