Worknice

Pros: Very easy system to navigate and user friendly, also very beneficial for the business that it integrates with Xero for our payroll team. The implementation process was hassle free and the support team is easy to deal with.

Cons: The system is not currently mobile enabled so it is hard to navigate on a mobile phone, the development team is working on this.

Overall: It's been a positive experience so far and we're always looking at making process improvements, the team at Worknice is very accommodating.

Pros: It is a very user friendly system and offers everything we need to manager the HR function of our business.

Cons: There's nothing to date that I dislike about the system.

Overall: I looked at many other systems and Worknice had the best & most cost effective system on the market.

Pros: - Paperless onboarding
- Intuitive design and layout
- Easy for employees to use (including those who are not technically inclined)
- Great price
- A feedback-receptive team

Cons: There aren't any. If it is the case you find a feature you aren't happy with, just let the team know and they will happily discuss it with you and add it to their roadmap.

Overall: Excellent experience with Worknice as a product and their team during implementation. We have left paper behind and all our contracts P&Ps are now digital. All compliance has been tracked and feedback from employees is very positive.

Pros: The automated onboarding and Xero sync has saved us literally hours of admin work. It has also helped us provide our new starts with an awesome Day 1 experience.

Cons: There are no features I've found of the software that aren't beneficial

Overall: Worknice was by far the easiest to use HR platform we came across. You can get up and running so quickly, and the more you use it the more you uncover some really powerful features.

Pros: The onboarding tool is really good, we set up custom workflows that not only sorted out the admin but also improves the culture.

Cons: I can’t really point to any major cons with this HR tool.

Overall: Worknice was by far the most modern and easy to use HR platform we came across, I would highly recommend it!

Pros: We are really loving the announcements and "shout-outs" its gives our remote team a real sense of our culture whilst working from home.
The engagement surveys are also great - provides an excellent sense of how the team are tracking.

Cons: I can't really think of anything that I would consider a major negative.

Overall: Overall Worknice was the perfect solution for us. We are a mid-sized business who has moved to remote working and faced a lot of pressure on our HR processes. Worknice has been absolutely fantastic is helping streamline all of our admin whilst also provide some great tools to maintain our team culture.

Pros: The central task inbox feature is awesome, all of my HR related tasks are now in one spot.
The leave management feature is great, you can setup workflows so leave requests can be approved by two people (couldn't do that in Xero before).

Cons: I haven't used all of the features yet in Worknice so can't really comment on everything, but what I have used has been great.

Overall: Prior to Worknice I had to manage HR tasks for my team across a number of systems and spreadsheets. Having everything managed in one place with Worknice has made my life so much easier.

Pros: We really like Worknice's 'smart documents' feature, it makes capturing employee signatures very easy and ensures we are on top of our compliance.
The central task inbox and workflow features have also been great for managing leave approval and role changes.

Cons: We have had a very positive experience overall, however we have only implemented the core HR features so far.

Overall: Worknice is a fantastic Australian software company and are certainly going places. The Worknice HR platform clearly stood out from the rest and we felt very much looked after in terms of the implementation and support. I would highly recommend Worknice.

Pros: The user interface has to be one of the nicest and easiest to use I have come across.
The onboarding tool was so easy to setup and now we have transformed what was once a piece meal process to a very well organised welcome to all new starters.
Our team also love having one place to go for everything HR related.

Cons: There is really nothing major that comes to mind, maybe some more reports but very happy overall.

Overall: We are a fast growing company and Worknice has completely transformed how we do HR. We have a remote tech savvy team that expect a lot from the software we choose. Worknice has to be one of the most popular tools we use, the team love it.

Pros: Worknice is incredibly easy to use and we had a really positive reception from our team.
It's onboarding tool is awesome, it automates and brings the whole hiring process online - very impressive.
The Xero integration is also great, keeps everything in synch.

Cons: We have been using Worknice for over 6 months now and haven't found anything negative.

Overall: Our first demo of Worknice was like a breath of fresh air! It is so modern and easy to use compared to the clunky alternatives we looked at. I would highly recommend Worknice to anyone who is growing really fast and needs to get a HR platform up and running without headaches.
