	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros HubEngage has been useful for giving our team a place to share wins and recognize the work happening across our studios. Since BAM Labs is built around structured strength training and measurable performance, we can use posts to highlight member progress, coaching achievements, and milestones while giving the wider team a chance to engage with them. The recognition and social features make those achievements more visible instead of keeping them within one studio. The Social Hub has been a nice addition for us because our team can actually interact with the content instead of just receiving announcements. We use posts to share completed jobs, recognize good work, and highlight things happening across our heat exchanger service, repair, refurbishment, and on-site teams. The likes and comments make it easier for people to participate and acknowledge each other. The Social Hub has been useful for giving our teams a place to share project updates, technical wins, and useful information from the work we do. Since Pinnacle works across quality management, IT delivery, automation, AI, and digital transformation, there is a lot of knowledge moving between teams. Being able to post updates, comment, and share ideas in one place makes that knowledge easier for others to see and contribute to. The Surveys Hub has been one of the more useful parts of HubEngage for us. We can send quick pulse surveys after internal changes or new initiatives and get a much clearer picture of how employees are responding. I also like that the results can be broken down instead of leaving us with a large list of responses to sort through. Getting honest feedback from the team is important. The pulse surveys and sentiment analysis help us understand how people are responding to new projects, processes, and changes without having to manually review every response. Cons There are quite a few features, so it took us some time to decide how we wanted to structure the platform around our different teams and locations. The mobile app is currently being upgraded, so there are still a few areas where the experience could be smoother. I think the updates will make a noticeable difference once the new version is fully rolled out. The navigation could be cleaner. It took me a while to get familiar with where certain survey options and reports were located. The navigation takes some getting used to. There are quite a few sections and settings, so finding a specific survey or report is not always as straightforward as I’d like.
