Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It offers Intuitive design and features for communication. It has multi-platform support, which makes it easy to connect with mobile and desktop. It also offers a file-sharing option. (+) Multi-application, mini-apps, and support to many features is a definite plus. (+) Easy to use and very interactive interface. (+) Integration with various other businesses. (+) Easy to setup. I use WeChat to communicate with classmates in some culture clubs at university. I prefer FB Messenger groups to WeChat groups though, because I find that WeChat makes my older Android phone laggy. It's pretty cool how WeChat had payment options and miniapps long before most western messaging apps though. Cons It worked great for me. Nothing to share about the con. (-) Not as fast as regular communication applications. (-) Privacy is not up to the mark. (-) Improvements on the collaboration interface. Makes phone laggy, is memory intensive, can make phone hot to the touch after ~10 min of calling someone via WeChat. Supposedly is monitored by the Chinese government.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. It helps in chatting with other team members during the meetings. 2. It can be used to send files and links. 3. Not only that, but it with text support, it also supports emoticons. Whether it is during a meeting or just chatting on the side, This is essentially a very basic but useful chat room. - Zoom provides a comprehensive chatting environment with a beautiful user interface. - All the meetings can be organized and links can be sent for those meetings. - There are several useful features like group messaging and file sharing. Easy and simple interface. Lets you stay connected while chat and call. Support multi platform Really fast chatting system. - The GUI of the software feels pretty basic and responsive. - The chat transmission is quite fast. - It is available on both android and ios platforms. Cons 1. It does not keep any backup of the chats for future usage or reference. It doesn't hold logs of things that are said. Maybe there is one and I don't know about it. Not sure - The emoji section can be improved more. - There can be more integrations. No cons for this, it serve its purpose and performs great. - There are some optimization issues with some devices.
