Cons The fly in the ointment is that my network is a bit poor, resulting in a bit slow response. Easy screenshotting for our users, no complex form. It was easy to install and maintain. Great customer service. Modern design of the UI. Made our QA process quite faster and smoother. It provides great customizations to design using its pre but templates. It's very easy to deploy on any website. No coding required to design or deploy. Helps to gather customer feedback on a business website. Cons The only thing I can think of is that they can more customization options- and maybe a chat feature? Would love to have an MS teams integration. We want to scale our usage of more feedback types of Usersnap, but we need a folder structure which is on the roadmap but not there yet. Overall it's an outstanding tool. Never faced any issues.
