It brings all interactions, contacts and communications into one secure, central place, making it easy for teams to stay aligned and informed. The system is intuitive, reliable and built for organisations that need clarity, accountability and strong relationship management. Reporting is fast, data is consistent and nothing gets lost in spreadsheets or inboxes. It genuinely helps teams work smarter and deliver better outcomes. Cons - Events feature basic compared to Eventbrite - which is free to use I haven’t really come across anything I dislike about the product. It’s more a case of learning new features as I go, which is straightforward enough. One thing that would make life even easier is the introduction of dynamic mailing lists so distribution groups stay automatically updated as contacts change.
