Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros So I hate to have to leave this review but for someone who has been doing business with them for a few years now and apparently has 2 separate accounts, I’m very very disappointed. So I was trying to retrieve some old reports and it would let me log in. So I called in being that I have not used the service and asked for my previous report journals with them for a certain time period. This agent told me that I would have to pay for a service that I do not long use just for some records that my company already paid for while using the service? I was furious. What do you mean pay for something I do not need just to retrieve a report you can simply email? He got upset and hung up said I wasn’t listening ah duh no sir it makes no sense? All because I didn’t deactivate users? You clearly see we aren’t using your service? No worries I’m a business I said I’ll just pay and get it over with he doesn’t understand? Then it find out I have multiple accounts for whatever reason?? Now I have to pay just for the reports? Haven’t used it in almost 2 years? Thanks but no thanks he could have sent over the reports we needed for time that already paid??? As a business should have not been no arguments. Non sense that you would want someone to pay for something they’re not using. Then to TOP it off he responds this morning to me telling him I will take further actions to refunding my money I just paid after he stated it was the only way and required to now saying I can’t get access or nothing refunded a card payment and stated I needed to do a wire transfer????? Like are you that crazy ???? Sadly to say he is? DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS THEY WERE AFFORDABLE BUT THIS IS ABOUT IT EVERYTHING ELSE IS HORRIBLE INCLUDING THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. Timesheets.com is super useful in time tracking and expenses management. My organization using this solution, it's very handy in payroll and work speed tracking of employees. The data it shows is accurate. Love that I can call with a question and it is answered quickly. I always appreciate speaking with Abraham because he always takes the time to explain to me in more detail how the error was made. I learn something new from him each time I call. He is always personable and professional and I never feel rushed. Very impressed from the beginning with their customer service. It is a precise and reliable time and expense tracking software for employers. Its dashboard has provides great insights and reports. It was very easy to register any bill and the digital receipt on its expenses calculator. TIMESHEETS helps to enhance productivity in employees. It gives vital information to an admin to track employees and check what the employee is doing in realtime. My favorite thing about this tool is it's setup process, within a few seconds it's ready to go. Cons Only thing I can say is over the years it was affordable. No, I never faced any issue. I highly suggest this. There are no issues with the software. I just need to take more time to learn all of the tools. Nothing so far. We liked this tool and recommend it. I would more happy if they add custom and according to time reports.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Customizable options not just generic one version only Many ways to do the same steps so it's easy to learn for many people They train you on each module you have I am a trainer for time and attendance. They clients like that isolved makes it easy to track time and that they do not have to manually enter it on the time entry grid I love the integrations of all of there assets with Sam AI. It really helps me to be able to find answers very fast. All the functionalities The ability to build reports with so many fields that are available Their recent changes in design I'm new to payroll and to isolved and the learn and grow courses were extremely helpful. I especially liked that they had hands on learning at the end of most videos/courses. Cons Customer service can be slow at times when escalation is needed. isolved is not helpful for clients that track labor. They find it cumbersome. The reporting is not the best for this either. The only con I have is my inability to reach my dedicated customer service agent when I need them. Some labor allocation reports are very limited Labor allocation functions are limited too. Have not run into any cons so far. The only suggestion I have is to add the ability to title client notes so we don't have to click into each one to see what it contains.
