Its time-tracking and payroll integration features are incredibly accurate and easy to use, saving us countless hours every month. The platform's ability to handle scheduling across multiple departments seamlessly makes it indispensable. Moreover, the support team is responsive and always ready to help with any issues. Cons The mobile app has a lot of updates. It is good that they keep it up to date though.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The interface is user-friendly and the features are very helpful for managing my team. The software has helped me to save time and improve communication with my staff. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it a breeze to schedule shifts and make changes on the fly. The notifications are a lifesaver, as they ensure that everyone is aware of their schedule and any changes that may occur. Plus, the ability to access the schedule from anywhere is a huge plus. Overall, Workstaff has significantly streamlined our scheduling process and made it a lot less stressful. . Easy to use , scheduling staff is done i a few minutes compared to before. Staff have access to their schedules on their phones. You can view who is clocked in and out from a distance. Mobile chat is great, no more emails. Cons I don't think it's possible to have a different QR code to clock in and out for different locations in the same event. We use the same code for now but would be great to have a different one. Would be great if you could flag the staff who don't show to events. We can put it it the notes but you need to look it up every time . Wish you could do everything on the mobile app that you can do on the desktop version.
