Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Spark Chart is a very practical survey builder tool to create and get useful responses. Integration with MailChimp email marketing is very practical. Easy to use the tool. Multi-language and platform support. It's a great program to use when you're trying to collect surveys and data from customers or pretty much anyone. Customer service is unbeatable Features that you'd expect are all there Features that you wouldn't expect in such a tool are also available that can take the capabilities to the next level. Then with the pricing as compared to some of the competitors, it's a no brainer. The reporting functionality is a stand out feature with plenty of options to analyse and filter results, change graph types and customise the presentation. Easy to create any type of survey and use your own logo and branding. Many options for sending out surveys, tracking progress and analyzing the results. The survey templates are extremely useful and cover a large range of needs, from customers to employees to research. Support has been very quick and extremely helpful. Spark chart is a very flexible survey system. Every aspect of the survey is customisable - from the written content seen by end-users to the ways in which they can access surveys (anonymously or named). And it is still easy to use. I have launched simple surveys in minutes and more complex surveys in just a few hours. Most of the work is done for you. Spark Chart also generates high-quality, shareable reports that clearly visualise the data. Spark Chart is regularly updated with new features and innovations. Cons It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons. Development and improvements were very slow the first while. Customization options (confirmed they're in queue w/ development). Some small areas are a little restricted on what can be changed but sounds like those options are in the pipe line. None really. There is a bit to learn because there are so many features but that is to be expected with so many customizing options. The data reporting is very powerful, but I am looking forward to even more complex reporting features that are in development and will be released soon.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Typeform is extremely easy to use and get setup. Typeform also provides extremely useful functionality for taking user responses like media, dynamic questions and more. Typeform is an intuitive and appealing survey form constructor tool. It's a no-code survey builder tool, It helped me to easily build only using simple steps. The options to add a business logo and header on the survey makes it more vital for my usage. Typeform is no code survey builder. It requires a simple drag and drops to build and customize the surveys. It gives you the flexibility to design and add custom brand logos and UI. You can also integrate this solution with email marketing. Everyone is familiar with it and it has plenty of integrations. Typeform is a powerful form and survey maker. It is a full fledged survey creation tool which supports multiple logics, functions and calculations and cover a wide niche with different conditions. The features it offers- - Supports file upload - Supports Payment Collection - Offers Customizable Thank You screen. - Supports Logics in forms. Cons Pricing, very, very expensive to use, it's a much better alternative than Google forms, but can get very pricey for larger teams. Mobile view surveys are not very effective and reliable on browsers. Not really, it does it's survey building job very well. Not super customizable. Everyone who sees the layout knows that it's typeform. It is very credible candidate for creating online survey forms. No Cons.
