They get to elect for all the communication they want, and they get it right in front of their face on their phone. Fantastic. Cons I don't have anything bad to say regarding this product.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This is an extremely comprehensive SMS service that puts all the others to shame. Provides a comprehensive dashboard for admin and clients alike that has everything you need to operate the service front and back. Reasonably easy to setup and operate. They will install it for you and even upgrade as needed. Customer service has always been right on target even when asking the dumb questions. Previously I had a white-labeled service but when everything went to 10DLC decided to see if I could find a way to "do my own" thing and not be under someone else's banner. Found this service, took a chance and have been extremely happy ever since. Cons Documentation and marketing materials/videos is a little clunky and could be updated. There is some issue with spammers/bots getting accounts you have to delete but its gotten a lot better down to just an occasional few, and the accounts don't have access to anything until you zap them (as long as you set it up so new accounts cannot get a number or really do anything until they buy a package. (did have one actually buy a package but could tell right away it was a fraud account so I kicked them before anything could go thru). Setting up your system to make purchase of numbers can seem a little complicated at first but that's no ones fault.
