Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like many things about Simplesat. First, this product is seamless to deploy and use. It comes with great features that makes researching and collecting feedback seamless. With the provision of templates, launching a survey as well as understanding how to manage the tool becomes easy. I like that Simplesat is easy to deploy and that the many features does not translate to high cost. Using Simplesat is easy and thanks to the many templates, creating and managing surveys is seamless. The tool makes analysis of data easy as well. Cons With Simplesat, I have had no issues and it works perfectly. All the features are in place and works seamlessly I have had no bad experiences with Simplesat. It works perfectly and no issues whatsoever. At least I haven't experienced them.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great CSAT tool that is easy to integrate with ConnectWise and gives your end users and easy way to let you know how you're doing. Easy to setup, instant results and it's easy for the end user to complete a survey. All the end user has to do is click an icon, i.e. happy face and so on and leave their comments on that ticket's service Cons Like anything, you can ask for more but some more reporting metrics would be good. More reporting would be great but overall, no complaints
